We are all agree about Ebusiness as an improvement in the marketplace. It makes faster, cheaper and most of times more efficient exchanges . Making exchanges possible through all over the world, its contributing to enhance international commerce.

But as everything in life, there are several negative points which we should not forget. That is the purpose of this entry, summarizing the disadvantages of E-Business.

Firstly, small companies are not using online commerce as often as bigger companies, its because of factors as desinformation, unqualified managers,etc.

In addition, high costs of maintenance and development make firms feel insecure with this sort of commerce. The E-Marketplace maintenance is about 500.000 euros each month.

On the other hand, some costumers still prefer a closer relationship rather than lower prices. When they have to make a complaint is always easier to deal with a small shop by face to face than online. Staying on this way, costumers are not able to see the product before the purchuase, so decision-making is harder.

Plorification of hacker and crackers, they could have acces to private information of the company, which would be really dangerous if other competitors get that information.

Although we have seen a few disadvantes, in my opinion E-commerce has helped to improve the economy, thats way every single firm should learn and develop it.
